Guy’s Hospital Medical School merged with St. Thomas’s Hospital Medical School in 1982. The United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St. Thomas’s merged with King’s College in 1998 to form Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’s School of Medicine. The medical school was later renamed King’s College London School of Medicine at Guy’s, King’s College and St. Thomas’ Hospital.
